Uranus may have two tiny, previously undiscovered moons orbiting near two of the planet's rings, researchers using data from NASA's Voyager 2 spacecraft have found. Rob Chancia, a doctoral student at University of Idaho in the US, spotted key patterns in the rings while examining decades-old images of Uranus' icy rings taken by Voyager 2 which flew by the planet 30 years ago.

L&T Infotech said it would buy Pune-based analytics startup Augment IQ to gain access to its big data platform that is currently used by credit bureaus, large banks as well as regulatory agencies. The Mumbai-headquartered IT companysaid the acquisition was made at an enterprise value of Rs 7 crore on a ‘nil cash nil debt’ basis. It told the Bombay Stock Exchange that the startup had revenue of Rs 2.4 crore in FY16. “Augment IQ is a very synergistic acquisition for LTI. Our clients are seeking big data solutions that can be implemented quickly and scale as per their requirements. AugmentIQ offers a very versatile platform that can expand instantly and enable accelerated data monetization,” Sanjay Jalona, CEO of L&T Infotech, said in a statement. 

Varun Beverages, PepsiCo's largest franchise bottler, on Tuesday raised over Rs 327 crore by allotting shares to anchor investors, a day ahead of its initial public offering opens for subscription. The shares were alloted at Rs 445 apiece, which is the higher end of the price band of IPO. Among the anchor investors are Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Small Cap World Fund. "Under Anchor Investors (AIs) portion in the public issue of Varun Beverages, 73,50,000 equity shares have been subscribed on Tuesday by 14 AIs at Rs 445 per equity share," BSE said in a circular.
